Prospective authors are invited to submit a full-length papers (6 double-column pages) in PDF format via the conference submission system. All papers will be peer-reviewed and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Guidelines for manuscript preparation

The authors are advised to download the IEEE conference template to prepare the paper. The best way to have your paper met the format requirements is to copy and paste your paper into the template file. Some points that needs to be considered when preparing the camera ready paper are explained as follows

  • Only PDF format in A4 size is accepted for the camera ready paper submission.
  • The standard page number of the paper is 6 pages (not less than 4 pages).
  • DO NOT number the page of your manuscript.
  • DO NOT change header or footer.
  • Use of color: no color is used in the proceeding. Proceedings are printed by black and white. Please check your paper by printing out it using a black and white printer.

    • First-time users should do the following:
      • Select the New Users - Click Here link.
      • Enter the following:
        • 42631XP for the Conference ID
        • your email address
        • a password
      • Continue to enter information as prompted.
        An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying
        your account setup.
    • Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
    • Please note that PDF Express does not synchronize with Easychair. You must submit the final PDF checked with PDF Express to Easychair system.
